Lakeview room in main building

The room was clean and the front desk agent was excellent, however we were in the main building (we usually stay in the new wing) and in the main building the bed and pillows were awful. The lakefront rooms are nice, but beware of noise from the Barking Parrot if people are outdoors.

Restaurant was excellent food was superb service was very good and hotel staff were nice. The beds were very uncomfortable and the balcony was dirty but the room clean. Hopefully they upgrade the beds as we definitely will stay again!

No hot water, beds felt like RV mattresses, incredibly loud, TV’s barely worked and you couldn’t search channels, hallways smelled like vomit, the carpets throughout the resort and room were disgustingly dirty. When I brought this up to the front desk, they couldn’t care less. This is our second time at this resort this year and we’ve been staying regularly for years. Last month wasn’t great but better than this experience. Doubtful that we’ll go back.

We liked the extra security features for the building. The room was amazing and the view great. We liked the choice of 2 vegetarian options for dinner but It would have been great if there was at least one vegan/plant based option for dinner such as a veggie based bowl with tofu. Delicious meal nontheless. The bathroom was incredible with huge shower with choice of heads.

The location is outstanding - right on the lake, close to downtown with a lot of good food and beverage options within an easy walk. The hotel room is a bit dated, our bathroom smelled like stale cigarette smoke and is in desperate need of an update- on the second day only cold water coming out of the shower.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with amenities on the property. Multiple restaurants, night life, small private beach and also secure bike storage. My check in was friendly and informative. The view from the room was stunning.

Simply the best!

Hands down the best place to stay in penticton. Staff went above and beyond to help my parents after my father had to be hospitalized shortly after arriving. They accomodated them with a wonderful accessible room as he recovered.
