A lovely property to stay at for the price we paid. Parking was a bit difficult as our vehicle is quite large and the spots were quite small. The room was comfortable, we heard a lot of noise during the time spent - could have been the air conditioners from above rooms. The check in personal were so friendly and accommodating - we arrived 1 hour early and they let us check in. All in all, if looking for a place to sleep for several hours, the Sunny Beach motel met our requirements.

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. Friendly staff. Not real modern but very clean. Nice location for our dog with a wonderful green park on the beach right across the street. Convenient parking although it's very tight. The only suggestion I would make is having a TV in the bedroom, but there is a TV in the living area.

I stayed with them Thursday and Friday, Saturday they were fully booked (as I expected on a long weekend) but to return Sunday to Tuesday. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and as I had just had back surgery, the bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean so I could rest. On Sunday I had sent a message asking for an early check in and at 2:50pm they said "will do" & at 3:40pm I arrive to check in and was asked to wait outside. I thought how strange then a guy came out and told me they put me on a do not rent list... I ask why as I hadn't done anything for that to happen. I don't smoke or drink. He proceeded to explain that a housekeeper found something to do with drugs but wouldn't tell/show me what or where. No one called to say this they waited till 4pm and I was laying in bed recovering from my back surgery the week before. How embarrassing and very untrue. I told him he was wrong, I don't do anything like that and it must have been the person there Saturday night! I will never pay to be humiliated again by this horrible motel!!!

Nice little area. This hotel is not for everyone but I enjoyed it. It’s old and very much like renting an old cottage.. staff woman I dealt with on August 19.th was so nice and helpful. I Wish I could remember her name. Mid 60s lady was as pleasant as can be. I thought she was the owner as she was so helpful and went above and beyond helping me. It’s Too bad not all hotels could have someone so nice working for them. I stayed in many hotels this vacation, and this lovely staff lady was far more pleasant and helpful than other hotels where I dealt with the owners themselves. I hope this employee is valued . She deserves it. Very cute area. I’d go back .

We had a room with two double beds, unfortunately one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets, there was a spit out Cherry pit on the electric heater beside the tv, and there was a large spider web on top of the curtain rod with a huge spider in it. We got rid of the spider but we won’t be back… the staff were great in accommodating us with our late arrival, so thanks for that..
