Oversold the property and had to send us to a different hotel for 1/2 nights, inconvenient at 11pm

I reached out to the hotel to be closer to elevators and exits due to being on knee scooter. Instead I was placed in a room at the end of the hallway instead of near an elevator. Check in was okay. We were greeted with “The rooms are still being turned” instead of “let me look into that.” Our room was indeed ready but again the accommodations requested for my injury were not.
