This hotel opened only 2 months before our arrival, so there were still some punch list items left over from the construction. In my room we could barely open the door because it was not hung properly and required a very hard push (or pull) to move the door. In another room, the AC did not work. I'm sure this will get fixed, but otherwise the condition of the hotel was excellent. The staff was also very helpful.

Spend less and get more than surrounding hotels.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a concert and decided ti save $150 and avoid the expensive towns near the venue. It was safe, clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. Our only issue was that the air conditioning went out during the night. It was near midnight and we didn’t wish to change room in the middle of the night so we just told staff when we checked out. They were very nice, but generally when something like that happens, a discount or something is offered. Overall, no other complaints.

Not great

This hotel is less than a month old. The elevators had issues, the ice maker glitched, the pancake maker was broken, the computer system was down at check in , the room hadn’t been vacuumed at check in, the breakfast was terrible: Microwaved frozen omelets, no cream cheese for the bagels, raisin bran in all the dispensers, no bacon just frozen sausage. Shoddy construction in the rooms.

Bed was comfy and hotel was clean. Kids in the hotel were not supervised by adults. Pool area had limited seating and a family was camped out with food and drinks in the pool area. Pool needs more seating for adults and it would be great if it was a bit bigger
