Posted Sep. 7, 2019 on HotelsAcross from the ski tube station, it’s a fair hike down the hill & across the bridge to the ski lift (ski/pole storage (no boots) $30/day). Rooms are pretty basic with radiator heating, no Wi-Fi (available in lobby/restaurant only), small TV (often without reception) mini fridge/electric kettle/tea & instant coffee (no microwave or coffee maker), small closet (no robe/slippers). Tiny, cramped bathroom with shower stall, no counter space. Very nice staff. Large restaurant bar; breakfast & dinner included in room rate. Garage parking $35/day.

The staff and level of service - these two factors were by far the best attributes of the stay.

The location of the property.
Staff at front desk were very accommodating.
I also liked that there were a lot of Australians employed at this property

Disliked the wait at reception, the noise above the room, the poor condition of the DVD and the limited TV program
