Wonderful property in a great central location in Brittany. Excellently presented with wonderful garden and outdoor space plenty of sunshine throughout the day from early morning to the evening. The house is beautiful on the edge of a peaceful hamlet, and 5 minutes away from the local town which is very charming and has an Intermarche. 25 minutes from Pontivy. The house is self is very well present and very clean and well looked after,with an excellent well equipped Kitchen with side access to the garden the main living space is large and again very clean and looked after (although we didn’t use it due to the beautiful weather and garden) the two bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage for our week. Again the bathroom continues on the same theme very very clean well presented and there is definitely not issues with the water providing instant very hot water. A great place to stay giving great access to Brittany. Enjoy your stay.

Really lovely stay! Both Sylvie & Yannick were absolutely fantastic. They answered question and requests. They have lovely place that has been newly renovated but this is an old house and the floor on the up stairs isn’t quite level however this didn’t cause us any problems. This house doesn’t have WiFi at the moment, please be aware when visiting if this is something that you need. Otherwise in the middle of the countryside you have a lovely garden to enjoy and plenty to do within 15 minute drive :)

Alors les photos ne rendent pas hommage au gîte .Rénové avec goût et spacieux.Au carrefour de la Bretagne idéalement situé. Guemené a 5min Lorient a 40min .Pour les amateurs de restaurants pensez à réserver au restaurant de chez Erwan a 20 min Grand terrain pour nos amis a 4 pattes.Je ne trouve aucun défauts.

Notre sejour à Persquem

Les propriétaires très sympa. Les alentours super. Beaucoup de lacs pour se reposer. On est a 1heure de la mer et a 5mn de la ville. Même notre chienne etais ravi avec le grand terrain. Merci a vous on apasser de bonnes vacances
