When I got there there was no one at the front desk. Waited for a few minutes before anyone came. Check in was slow. They waited until exactly 3 to check me in. Unlikely that I'll stay at a Radisson again (between this and the York Hotel) I wasn't impressed... Especially for the cost

Great place to stay in P’borough

I arrived late with my sister who also got a room. The ambience of the reception was really great and it smelled really nice coming into the reception. Checking in was seamless, the staff were friendly, helped us refill our water bottles with ice and water as it was a warm day. I liked the fact that i triggered the fire alarm whilst drying my hair and I didn’t know until I heard a knock on my room door to clarify what was going on. I love the safety measure. Staff also refilled our water bottle with ice and water whilst checking out. The only negative I have is the low pressure of water from the shower and the shower tray drainage needs checking as it didn’t drain as quickly as it should.
