Ótimo hotel, conveniente, perto de tudo, o restaurante dentro do hotel ofereceu um cardapio variado e a comida estava gostosa. Eramos 3 pessoas no quarto e o café da manhã estava incluido mas não foi suficiente para os 3.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Great location, new

Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

A nossa experiência no Kastel foi incrível! Disparado um dos melhores hotéis que já nos hospedamos. Atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, que são muito simpáticos e solícitos. Nossa família teve diversas demandas, que foram prontamente atendidas, como adiantamento do horário do café da manhã, possibilitando que pagássemos a estrada tranquilamente. A piscina aquecida é um show à parte, nos possibilitando um relaxamento após um dia cansativo de passeios. O café da manhã no quarto foi uma ótima experiência, itens rapidamente repostos, com a tranquilidade e uma refeição em paz e em família. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo à rua Tereza e Museu Imperial. Enfim, podem ir sem medo!

Ótimo hotel e ótima localização!

O hotel é uma ótima opção na cidade. Viajei em família e o apartamento é muito amplo e confortável. O sistema de café da manhã no quarto é muito prático. A localização é ótima e fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. A única recomendação que dou seria disponibiulizar travesseiros um pouco mais macios.
