Room not so comfortable especially table and chair.
Just like motel for salesperson. Service superb cannot be blame.

ดีหมด ห้องใหม่ตึกใหม่ ยกเว้นไม่มีลิฟต์ ห้องน้ำไม่มีสัดส่วน step ระหว่าง Shower กับ toilet คือ เวลาอาบน้ำพื้นจะเปียกไปหมดเลย

Amazing value for money, very comfortable stay

While it is truly in the budget category (we paid less than 900 Baht each for our rooms including breakfast), the product quality punches well above its weight. The rooms are sleekly designed, beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and effective, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Easy parking and convenient access off the main highway through the city,
Breakfast is good (you order from a selection of Thai and western dishes).
It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make coffee upon waking. Also, guests should be aware there is no lift so if you have difficulty climbing two to three flights of stairs ask for a room on the first or ground floor.
The property is a 15-minute stroll to the lake where most of the farang-friendly bars and restaurant are located, and where you can enjoy the fabulous sunsets from an uncluttered promenade. I love Phayao, and I love this little gem of a hotel too.
