We apparently were given one of the last rooms available. It was a very small room that looked out at roof vents. Totally unacceptable room for the price.

Located conveniently in the beautiful Germantown district of Philly. Very nice and safe neighborhood lined up with small eateries, art galleries and stores. The hotel is maintained in excellent condition with elegant decorations. Friendly staff and easy parking in the back. Pet is allowed with a fair fee and breakfast is included. Eating at their front porch area surrounded with flowers while enjoying the street view is very relaxing. Overall a very pleasant experience!
