This listing was everything noted in the description and met all my family's needs. From the space, the essentials that were provided, and having baby items readily available for our stay, was a great help. The host was very communicative throughout the whole process and made our stay easy. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place for north Philly

Communication with host was great. Very responsive to some confusion about entering the property. Place is old but comfortable. Window air conditioning. Very steep old stairs to the walkup. Floors could use a good cleaning and wall painted but otherwise clean.

cozy and productive stay

I stayed here with 6 colleagues, using most of the overflow sleeping options, and we had meetings onsite. It was a good stay and overall matched the listing (I think there is 1 fewer bed than listed in the living/flex room? There is 1 pull out sofa in that space.) It's a 2nd and 3rd floor of a renovated old rowhouse. Rooms were clean and cozy. The dining room is the largest gathering space, seating 8. Since the unit is listed as sleeping 12 (when people share beds), 12 full sets of silverware would improve the kitchen. We cooked onsite and it seemed guests perhaps had not cooked there in some time -- the dishes needed a rinse before use and there were initially no dish towels to wash dishes. However, Rashad was very responsive and dropped off clean dish towels and an extra sponge off the next morning. Rashad also accommodated an early check in for us and provided helpful check in details. We liked the artwork. Thanks for having us!

The vibe, the atmosphere was wonderful. It was inviting. It was very clean. Parking was difficult, but to be expected. There were very few utensil and cookware options for cooking.
