Nice hotel and conveniently located to sport complex’s. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean. Front desk needed more help during check in, large group checking in and only one receptionist. After long line formed someone came to help. Otherwise great stay!

I was disappointed with a few things. The outlet in the bathroom in our room did not work. The heating unit in our room was also not working. I tried everything to get it to turn on. We woke up cold in the middle of the night. We got in late from a concert so i didnt want to deal with it. The pool was closed so my son was upset because he looked forward to a swim un the morning. The breakfast was insanely overpriced for the selection and quality. $18.95 for bacon, soggy eggs and cold potatoes is just nuts. The location was convenient but im not sure if i would stay again. The breakfast should be included for the price of the room of at least cheaper. If the pool is going to be closed, that is something guests should know.

The room had half empty shampoo and conditioner, Front desk person had me going back and forth to lounge to get meal voucher stating I didn’t need one, the waitress at the lounge said I needed a voucher I get sick of going back and forth so I left and had breakfast elsewhere.Definitely not what I was expecting!!!

The hotel itself is amazing. Staff was great. Room was very clean which was very much so appreciated. I was just disappointed in the room. Room 541 had no refrigerator or a microwave. I was traveling with my 8 month daughter and had no way to preserve the formula I made so I wasted a lot of it since I had no refrigerator in the room. That surprised me.
