We came in on a last minute reservation due to an airport flight cancellation. There were a lot of people looking for rooms. They handled the chaos well, got us a room, and a free drink and were friendly and quick

Airport transportation to hotel was good, but Phone access upon airport arrival required waiting through virtual help before talking to hotel staff. Room was very good, except that hassock in living area was worn in spots in its top. Pool was comfortable, but water was very dirty and cloudy, and side of pool near top had several inch ring of dirt and mold. Towels were in pool area and much appreciated. Staff at hotel were all courteous and helpful. Indoor courtyard was wonderful. Water features were attractive, and orchids were healthy if real. The placement of seating for breakfast and separate seating for dinners is smart.

Reccomend this hotel

Good location with food options near by if you have a car. Room spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. Indoor pool good and evening complimentary reception a nice touch. Buffet breakfast very nice and plenty of variety including a wide fresh fruit selection.

The Embassy Suites in Philadelphia was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast definitely a plus. That said, the property could use an upgrade. There’s carpet everywhere, which irritated my allergies a bit, and overall it has more of an older vibe than I expected for a Hilton brand. Still, the hospitality was good and the stay was pleasant.
