Disappointed

The pool is closed until April. The reason for the visit was to use the pool with my special needs daughter extremely disappointing that nothing was said or on the website.

We have stayed here quite a few times on our annual Trip to Florida. It is a great property and great breakfasts. This visit we were greeted by Brooke at The front desk She went out of her way to satisfy our requirements. In today's world her service was exceptional and we appreciate her for that We are seniors and take notice to exceptional courtesy and service!

The pool and hot we not open, the web site stated otherwise. False advertisement!!

Dear Valued Guest, We do apologize the pool was not open during your recent stay. Our banner and information have been posted since the 1st week of February. We understand this may be an inconvenience however, we want our guests to have the best possible experience with our pool while they are here, and these repairs were necessary. We should be opening in another month and we would loved for you to come back and visit. We apologize again and hope to see you in the not too distant future.
