The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was VERY clean and well designed. There was a wall of windows with a sliding door that overlooked a beautiful courtyard. I loved that I could sit on a comfortable (sleeper sofa) and watch TV. Most important, the bed was really comfortable. This place us awesome!

It was good besides, stating there is a bar and restaurant and there is not either of those there. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises so what it says online isn’t up to date. No bar at all.

At check-in was told that there was continental breakfast but there wasn't. When booking it said there was a restaurant and bar, again not there. Front desk staff should take lessons from shuttle driver on how to be engaging and personable.

Bobbi and Tamika at the front desk are AMAZING. We stay here somewhat often as a traveling band, and get several rooms. They are always accommodating to our irregular scheduled flights etc. Love them, and will be staying again a few times this month. Clean and upgraded hotel as well.
