The receptionist was a classy and helpful person. He was spectacular in the most refined way. The same goes for the bartenders and staff. If you want an experience made your way, remember to speak to Chi. She is amazing.

I had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels, where every aspect of my experience was remarkable. The decor was elegant and unique. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, and I felt a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The bar was exceptional and certainly a highlight of my stay. My room, named Maude, had a spacious and luxurious sense of comfort. The choice of wood flooring over carpeting contributed to the room's fresh and inviting ambiance. The bed was comfortable, and the charming little balcony was delightful.

Overall, the hotel did not live up to my expectations. The hotel was cute, but there was much to be desired. My room was freezing and the sheets were stained. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one at the desk. I waited for about 5 minutes, but nobody ever showed up. I simply left my key on the desk and hoped someone would find it. I travel to Philly for work from time to time, but won't be back at this hotel next time I am there.

It is a very charming boutique property in a great location. In room temperature control is lacking, so heat was uncomfortable during the middle of the night. Had to figure out how to open the window in the middle of the night in winter. Also, no workout room or relationships with gyms.

Our stay at The Franklin on Rittenhouse

Had a fabulous stay at The Franklin on Rittenhouse. Everything and everyone was top notch from check in to check out. The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our room - very clean, the lounge and the complimentary breakfast. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful time!

Wonderful boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and engaging, rooms were beautifully decorated and there’s even a speakeasy at night. I was ready to move in permanently.
