My room was very nice and I especially enjoyed the spa services and the dining at Urban Farmer. All of the guest services staff were very warm and attentive throughout my stay. My one gripe is that my linen - bedding and bath towels - when I checked in. But aside from that, all of my inquiries were addressed immediately, my room was peaceful and clean.

The hotel is wonderful. The check in staff is great. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was there for three days and the day before check out the housekeeping staff did not change the towels or take out the trash. Thankfully I had a towel for my shower in the morning. I would have called the desk for more towels, but I got back to my room and wanted to go to bed.

This hotel used to be nicer. The sinks was clogged and there was only one outlet next to the bed with one plug. There was no outlet on the other side. I won't be staying there anymore.
