Not on par with other Autograph Collection properties. Our room needed a makeover. It was very dark and poorly lit. The ceilings were cracked, there were gaps between the tile and the walls in the bathroom. There was a dark water ring lining the tub (as if standing water had been in there for quite some time.) One of the mirrors in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall. When you pull into valet, no one offers to assist you with bags and there are no visible luggage carts. I have stayed at Sofitel on numerous occasions (at a lesser cost) and the service and accommodations were impeccable. I wanted to try this property because the pictures online are beautiful and I've stayed at Autograph Collection properties before and had great experiences. This was disappointing.

The staff were beyond friendly, accommodating and the location itself was convenient for travel and we had a beautiful view from the room. Absolutely worth a stay again in the future.

overall very nice. quaint / old fashioned. only downside was parking was offsite via valet and it takes 30-45 minutes to get your car.

Great hotel, self-park garage on the next block. Great location, walking distance to everything you need. This was my 2nd stay and it did not disappoint!

Not a Good Pace for a Car, Sadly
Posted Feb. 20, 2024 on HotelsOur stay was wonderful. We loved the location. The inly thing that keeps the rating at less than 5 is the valet parking. If you have a car that you need to use, stay somewhere else! They need a much better system for dealing with cars. I had read this in other reviews. Wish I had taken that more seriously.
