We booked this hotel because we had a family engagement party across the street. We arrived to check in and they said they overbooked us and told us that they emailed us earlier to inform us of the change. Never received an email and was sent to another hotel farther from our venue. Very disappointed.

Old and outdated facilities, but service is good. Better, by some employees than others. The lady that works Front Desk in the morning was very nice and patient. The young girl who registered us at check in was very nice too
