Can’t recommend sorry

I’m not sure how this hotel got excellent reviews because it is far from excellent and is quite over priced for the state of condition it is in. The bathroom was in a sorry state with mildew all around the tub and shower area and sink area. I think the problem is more in the building construction and then the management or owners can’t afford to keep up with maintenance. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to come down from water damage very with mold. I also killed a cockroach by the sink. And ants were every where in the room. In earlier reviews it’s stated it’s a new hotel and very lovely well when something is not maintained it doesn’t take long for it to decay and this hotel is decaying. The bed was hard as hell and the towels a bit threadbare so really this is all what I’d expect from a $20 hotel here. Also the WiFi was weak.The staff however were very nice and helpful but only one or two knew English well enough. It took some time to make them understand I just wanted toast for breakfast and not an entire huge American breakfast. Also when I ordered an iron so I could iron my cloths they had to go buy one... and of course they didn’t have an ironing board. So I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you get it at $20 a night... maybe. I feel bad about leaving this bad review but it is the truth and well they need to improve . It’s not fair for travelers to arrive with much higher expectations (what the pictures show) and get something different.

I had a good experience at the K9 , the staff are helpful and friendly , my room was large and clean with a nice balcony .The food served downstairs is high quality, including that served as complimentary breakfasts .The location is very quite for PP some daytime construction going on across the river but that ceases at night. There shopping movie theater and a golf driving range nearby. Out door restraunts along the river directly across the street provide for allot of food choices . .

So much better than expected

This was non-expected a very good stay. Fastest check-in ever experienced. Friendly and efficient staff. Wifi worked constantly 100%. Very large room with river-view balcony. Very good matresses. Good cooling and silent airco. Separate shower and bathtub with very hot water. 5 minutes walk from the DIECC exhibition center. Aeon shopping mall and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. I'll book again here.

Friendly Staff and Nice Hotel

The staff are well trained in customer service and easy to approach. The room of the hotel is big enough for me. This is my second time in K9 River Side. I would like to comeback here.

Heerlijk hotel

Mooi modern prettig niet al te groot hotel gelegen in een nieuwe in aanbouw zijnde rustige wijk. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie modern ingerichte grote kamers. Ietwat buiten het centrum gelegen maar met de tuk tuk ben je snel bij de uitgaansbuurt en de Riverside met bars en restaurants.

The hotel was atypical for what I seen in Phnom Penh, but it was atypical in a good way. The location is excellent attached to a beautiful park (Diamond Island Park) & only a short walk fro AEON Japanese Mall, the hotel itself is simple design, but comfortable.

The hotel is excellent in general. it lacks of a room service cart, but that is no issue since the floors only have 4 rooms & one of them is the supply room which full of towels & water to help yourself... whenever you feel the need to do so.

もう何度も宿泊しています。 昔に比べると、施設そのものの老朽化は否めませんが、コストパフォーマンス・立地条件・スタッフたちの対応、どれをとっても素晴らしいと思います。 私も海外でホテルやヴィラを経営してますが、日本とは全てにおいて経営環境が違いますので、ここのホテルは一生懸命に奮闘されている方だと思います。 まぁこの値段で細かいとこいちいち文句言うなら、東南アジアに旅行なんか行かない方が宜しいかと思いますよ。

夜9時チェックイン、チェックイン後は朝までナガのカジノに行っていたので荷物を置いていたぐらいです。 朝なぜかチェックアウト前の9時過ぎに部屋の掃除に来てた。 スタッフが片言の日本語が話せる。 朝食が3種類の中からチョイスできるが量が少ない。ガッツリ食べたい人は物足りないかもしれません AEON MALLには橋を渡って左折すれば800mぐらいで裏口に行けます

작지만 깨끗하고 괜찮은 호텔

3일동안 있었는데 작지만 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 깨끗한 편이고 직원들도 친절했어요. 디럭스룸이라 발코니가 크고 넓은데 차양이 없어서 낮엔 나갈 마음이 안들더군요. 다만 신생호텔이어서인지 툭툭기사들이 잘 몰라서 돌아올때 매번 설명해줘야 한다는 점이 좀 귀찮았네요.

Nice clean hotel with good facilities.Mini bar was a bonus, good places to eat right outside the hotel. Hotel a cheap tuk tuk ride from Riverside and bar areas. Lots of construction happening at the moment but it isn't noisy.
