Reserve before it fills up! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10 with 2 Kings and 3 Queens, GREAT kitchen, breakfast bar. Flat Screen TV's in family room, master, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms and game room (4 total). Game room offers a TV viewing area, cocktail table and pool table. Single story, 2 car garage, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, stainless BBQ, 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool and spa. Enjoy sunset views over the desert as well!

***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

Located north of Dynamite, between Scottsdale Rd. and Cave Creek. A quick drive to North Scottsdale, north to Cave Creek, or south to Desert Ridge and City North of North-East Phoenix. Please note 1/4 mile of gravel road to get to driveway of home.

House is great for Hiking and golf

The house was clean upon arrival and well furnish. We play golf and it's well located for that and also great hiking close buy. Grocery is very accessible and hold town of Scottsdale. However the house need some love and the mattress are done and need to be change. I recommended the house it is quiet and a lot of wildlife.

Fantastic Northern Location

This is a fantastic property in a quiet pocket north of all the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale, yet close to amenities. The backyard space is superb. We cancelled activities just to spend more time in this space. Why pay to visit the desert botanical gardens when all the plants are literally in the backyard? The wide variety of bird species all sing in full glory every morning. This property is one we would rebook in a heartbeat.

Nice Getaway

This was a great spot for a Thanksgiving getaway for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain. It was spacious with more than enough bedrooms and baths. The pool was great, but pretty expensive to heat. Overall, this is a great spot in the desert for a nice getaway.

Perfect Desert Getaway

This property was perfect and accommodated a group of 5 adults very nicely. Everything worked great and it is well stocked. The location gives you easy access to Carefree and Cave Creek while still be close to North Scottsdale. We explored the lakes and desert and would love to come back.

Relaxing quiet neigborhood

Great location! The property is located on a beautiful large lot surrounded by nature and foliage indicative of Arizona's natural landscape. Home was great for our two teen grandsons with the game room and pool area. Kitchen was large and had all the cooking necessities. Our only complaint would be that their housekeeping service could step it up a notch. Baseboards and corners were dirty otherwise we would definitely rent again.

Great stay

We were in AZ for a funeral. Latitude 8 was amazing to work with. Wes was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The house was clean, there were extra linens, and towels. The kids loved the hot tub and playing Monopoly in the game room.

Property was nice, but the manager did not meet us there, the bbq propane was almost empty, and we were charged for heating the pool and spa, neither of which we used. The property manager is not returning my calls or emails

One of the best houses we have ever rented!

My family has been renting VRBO houses for many years and this house is possibly the best one yet! Spacious, clean, modern, beautiful location in the remote desert (which is what we were looking for after being in dense NJ), quiet, and all the amenities. I wish we had been here with the family we usually travel with because the kitchen is super organized, has every utensil and gadget you could ever want and is meant for cooking and entertaining. We were contacted by Wes weeks before our arrival to confirm our arrival and then he promptly met us at the property and walked through all the details. I just can’t say enough about the property. It was the true relaxing getaway we were looking for.

Great stay in the Desert

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was large, clean and well stocked (could use more spoons). It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the backyard and pool (although we did have to remove several drowned mice and a live garter snake) but that’s being more in a rural location. Wes was responsive to any questions. We would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

Everything about our stay was perfect! We wish our schedule would have allowed us to spend more time at the house to enjoy all it had to offer! The home was clean, well appointed and the floorplan was just what we hoped for! Nice open spacious family area with a big center island for gathering together with views of the beautiful yard and pool. The kitchen had all we needed. The rooms each were secluded enough from each other for privacy. We loved the convenience of parking in the garage as well! We liked the location of the home since it was not in the heart of the city and offered peace and quiet while relaxing next to the pool! Wes was very accommodating, friendly and very responsive which we sincerely appreciated! We would definitely stay there again should we visit the area again! Thank you for the special memories this home afforded us!

Beautiful home , well stocked , very comfy ..the outdoor space is fabulous..very quiet area close enough to stores and restaurants
would definitely stay again. Lots of space ..comfy bedrooms . Wes was always available if we needed anything . Easy to Get in touch with and solved issues quickly . Celebrated a 40th birthday with family and it was just perfect .
