Beautiful complex and very family friendly. Hotel employees very helpful and knowledgable. Only complaint would be the parking is too far from some rooms, otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Tv guide programming wasn’t working. Hot water was a challenge. The pull out couch had sheets and blankets already on it when we got there and there was a clump of hair on the sheets! Housekeeping never came to our room (we were there two nights). They were mulching trees at 7:30 am outside of our window. They wanted to charge $6 for a bottle of water in the room! I wouldn’t stay here again. It was overpriced and outdated.

Hot tubs were cold, elevators were not working. Check in was at 4 and the Oasis closed at 5. Our shower curtain was busted and broken. We have stayed here several times and this was by far our worst stay.

Nice resort. You could text the staff and they were answer promptly. That was a bonus. The only disappointment was no microwaves in the rooms. I was told I could have one delivered for $10, which is not much, but when you pay the nightly fee and the resort fee, a microwave would be nice.

Great property - great staff. Would have liked more extended hours for amenities such as pools and water park. Closing the park at 5:00 wasn’t great. Extended restaurant hours for food would be better. No late night options on the resort.
