We reserved a room for 3 guests. There were only 2 sets of a towel with rag, so housekeeping was called at 8:30 for an additional set so the 3rd guest could shower with clean linen. 30 minutes go by, and housekeeping was called again for the 2nd time. An additional 10 minutes go by and that stalls the 3rd guest 40 minutes to get showered and ready. We left the room right at 11. Rushfull morning. There were also 2 toenail clippings near the dining table that weren’t ours- disgusting.

We booked the property to enjoy the Oasis water park. The weather was cool and the water did not feel heated to the level advertised. The lazy river was dirty as well. Overall the cleanliness level in the Oasis was lacking. The property was beautiful. There are areas of crumbling concrete and some minor updates that could improve the appearance. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic staff and the food was great. The rooms were dated and there was quite a bit of maintenance required on all of their buildings and inside the rooms. It could be phenomenal. But not yet.
