We stayed 3 nights. On arrival had problem with AC/heater unit. (Permanently stuck on 61 deg F) They were quick to repair it and offered a discount. Great staff.

Very nice hotel

Loose toilet, funky smell, low water pressure in shower, door latch did not always secure.

Best western did their best
Posted Feb. 20, 2024 on HotelsThis was not our choice hotel, our original hotel cancelled us in flight. Although this hotel was far outside our preferred location, it far exceeded our expectation. The area is quiet with beautiful views. The staff was amazing and friendly. The are could use more restaurants but that would change the atmosphere of the area.
