The room was really stuffy and the chemical smell from the cleaning solutions used before I checked in were over powering. Sadly the windows didnt open so we had to run the AC on high to try and blow some of the smells out of the room. The staff was incredible. They were welcoming and very easy to work with as we had an entire soccer team there for the weekend.

First morning I had a cold shower. The lights flickered often in the room especially the bathroom area. To me that's a red flag and tells me a possible fire hazard. When I inform the front desk of this information they said someone had also reported the outlets didn't work and one of the rooms on the second floor. Again a red flag for possible fire. I told the front desk on Sunday night the ice machine was out on the fourth floor. He said he would inform his team. Monday morning the ice machine was still empty. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Highly likely to stay there again.

The room was clean as expected. The breakfast was a bit lack luster. The shower curtain was too short for the shower so it was easy to make a mess. The bed was very hard. The room itself was okay. And they let us check in early for a $55 fee which was helpful. Overall pretty basic.
