The room was dirty. The floors had not been sweep or vacuumed. The front lobby called my cell at 2:30 am to see if we were still going to check in? We were asleep in the room!

Only thing was they didn’t post what the per deposit would be. It was very reasonable and they were very friendly.

Hotel must be in the middle of a remodel but our curtains in the room were quite filthy. Check in staff interacted at a minimum, but they did meet our needs.

My third time. I like it as it is small with easy access. Not fancy but has a cozy feeling. Will continue to use it for future trips.

asked for wake up call never got it u didnt list times for airport shuttle, staff informed me uber was prompt didnt show for 35 minutes

I apologize that the wake up wasn't set up, we do have a list of our shuttle time it is at the front desk. We have never had a guest wait that long I will look it up and see what happened and why the long wait.

This hotel was booked for location and its shuttle given the late hour of arrival and early departure in the morning. We landed to find out that there is NO shuttle but only after we called several times. We were redirected to a different terminal and set up for a Lyft to get to the hotel which was very delayed. One hour after landing we had not been picked up yet.

We apologize we do have a shuttle to the airport and we use lyft to pickup. In order to get picked up you would need to call the hotel directly.

Horrible experience with transportation to hotel from airport. I check with the hotel at 2:30 in the afternoon Sunday and was told there would be a shuttle available at 8:30pm when I arrived. Found out after waiting curbside for a shuttle, and calling the hotel, the shuttle doesn’t run on the weekends. I had to pay 20 dollars out of my pocket and take a cab to the hotel. I also paid in advance for the room, but was still required to give them a $50 security deposit upon arrival. I will not be staying here again, nor will I be recommending this location to anyone else

We apologize we do have Lyft services for pick up did you call and the hotel to be picked up? The 50 is a deposit which you get back after checking out, all hotels have a deposit when checking in. We apologize you did not enjoy your time with us.
