- Bedrooms: The home sleeps up to 9 guests maximum across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed.
- Bathrooms: Enjoy 2.5 bathrooms, highlighting a stunning master shower, complete with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

- Shared Exterior: This is the main house on a dual-unit property. There is a guesthouse on site that also welcomes visitors. While your interior spaces and the garage are completely private, the backyard, pool, and volleyball court are shared with the other guests.
- Unheated Pool: The swimming pool is not heated, which is typical for the area but important to keep in mind for winter stays.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the private main house and the garage. Entry is fully contactless via a smart lock keypad, and you will receive your secure door code on the morning of check-in. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience.

Located on East Garfield Street, this home sits in a highly central Phoenix neighborhood. It offers a relaxed residential feel while putting you right in the middle of the city's best activities. You will be perfectly situated to enjoy local coffee shops, authentic eateries, and the vibrant arts districts nearby, with past guests raving about the unmatched central convenience.
Getting Around:
Having a car or using rideshare is recommended for exploring. The property is exceptionally convenient for travel, sitting less than 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport depending on traffic. You are also just a quick 10 to 15 minute drive from Downtown Phoenix, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Zoo at Papago Park. Old Town Scottsdale is also easily accessible in about 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
- Quiet Hours: We ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for the guesthouse and our neighbors.
- Pet Policy: Non-service animals are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
- Schedule: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.
- Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip deposit, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
