Safe area, 5-10 minute walk to little souvenir shops and restaurants. Walking distance to river and shopping mall. Pool area good, hot tub hot, breakfast great, hot and cold options and fresh fruit. Only criticism would be a little noise from traffic if someone sleeping in living room, though not a busy street the door is still open to the outside. Living room, kitchen and bedroom very nice, carpet a little dated( some stains present) and bathroom was tiny, the toilet and shower were behind a sliding door and the sink area was off the main bedroom. Did have a massive walk in closet and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure, we had a great time.

Loved our room!! The hot tub was a hit for myself - helped soothe my knee (just had replacement surgery). Friendly staff, highly recommend

I've stayed here a few times in the past and always enjoyed it. Now it's very expensive and still a tired place. Furniture in suite is uncomfortable, lighting is beyond horrible (either too bright or mostly too dark), breakfast is passable, and you have to ask for housekeeping (at almost $400/night?). Staff is friendly but not enough of them (they were under prepared for the guest load).

The employees were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is within walking distance to old town Scottsdale.
