Room was dated. We were told Hilton just purchased and was in the process of remodeling. When you check in, the staff will attempt to get to sit through timeshare presentation. They are very persistent and made offers of a gift card and free vacation. Other than feeling pressured by staff, it was a decent stay. The grounds were ok, options for putting, playing shuffleboard, pool, ping pong and cornhole.

This resort was perfect! We had plenty of space, the pool was nice, loved the grills and fire pit, etc. the pool was perfectly warm allowing our 3 kids to swim regardless of the temperature. We loved the location as it was quiet and close to some beautiful hiking.

Overall the place is satisfactory. Nice pool and hot tub area. Concierge service was good. Location has a lot to be desired. There is an airport right next to the resort which was right out our door. You have to listen to jets taking off and landing all day and night. When we inquired about it, we were dismissed by the staff saying, “Oh, it’s only a small private airport that’s not too busy.” Total BS! We were in building 8, third floor. Another down side is that you have to lug all your heavy suitcases and supplies up and down the stairs. Luckily we are in shape and capable. Bottom line, I’d pick another resort.

The TVs should be in a wall mount that allows it to be adjusted for viewing. Would have made it comfortable to watch when not sitting directly in front of it or in bed. Other services were good. Parking convenient. Apartment maintained in good shape.

There are 2 hot tubs. They are clean and a good temperature. The pools are large and clean. We were in a 1 bedroom that had recently been renovated. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the new pillows are so much nicer than the old ones. Staff is very friendly and attentive to any concerns. Would absolutely recommend this place. If you’re a light sleeper, beware that it is right next to the Scottsdale airport and there is noise from jets landing and taking off.
