There is no front desk to help you get in. All of the instructions are from the Kasa website and they are not accurate. Instructions told me to take elevator to 2nd floor to get key fob from lockbox. Problem is without fob you can’t get to 2nd floor. I called Kasa was on hold forever, they offered a text option…I texted them and as I write this it’s 12 hours later and still no response. A kind resident let me in with his fob. If it wasn’t for this I would have been standing outside all night. Nice place but terrible non functional check in process with no human support.

great location,bit mingy on cleaning, COMPLICATION

I was sorely disappointed. The check in experience was confusing and complicated, to say the least. Check out not great either: you have to move your car from the gated area to the ungated area, go back to the flat, return fob, then re-exit. I suppose my biggest quibble was the state of the shower. The black and green mold was atrocious. Sent a photo of mold, but didn't save ( sorry). For a month or more stay, I'd say go ahead: the location and check in/out complications probably balance out. Unfortunately, for an extended weekend, it isn't worth the hassle.

Amazingly comfortable and beautiful

Staying here made my trip that much enjoyable. It was so amazing felt like I was home I didn't want to leave. And the Kasa team as so amazing and always there to assist with questions. I loved every minute of it and will stay here again on my next trip to Scottsadale.

Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay somewhere else. My list of issues that the property managers took no responsibility for: -This complex is too large and hard to access as a newcomer only staying a couple days. Everyone I encountered was lost - hallways are overly fragranced. My nose/eyes have been burning the whole time - there were a ton of mosquitos and flies in the unit when I arrived - housekeeping attempted to enter my unit mid stay without even a knock. Worst nightmare - check in instructions are overly complicated and impossible to follow - appliances did not work (coffee maker dishwasher) Never again!
