The breakfast was decent, but the same eggs and sausage every day. I stayed 7 days, no variation. It forced me to cook bacon in my room due to the boring eggs and sausage served everyday.

Rick was great on check-in. room was clean. When we asked for things towels and trash on our non-cleaning day and was accommodating. The troubling issue is the VERY OLD Card system that is used. We went through 10 cards to get in our room. My husband went down to get new card there were at least 5 people needed to have new ones. The poor front desk people said they were sorry but it was all in management’s hands. Truly a wonderful place to stay but this really dampens the stay of our Christmas Vacation. Please fix this problem so your staff is not embarrassed!

The staff was kind and considerate. Some of the most friendly people we’ve met. However, the door locks at the property didn’t work. This is a basic requirement for a hotel. Safety is that most important requirement for a hotel. I wouldn’t stay again for this reason.

Breakfast was average. Staff very friendly and helpful. 3 day stay, no service to the room. No need to change sheets or towels, but no daily room sweep, make bed, empty garbage. Room and hallway smelled like long term cigarette smoke.

Everything was great. Was worried about proximity to freeway and potential noise but it was extremely quiet. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Your hallway carpets desperately need cleaning and stain removal. Stains on the floor in our room were unappealing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were nice. Coffee was undrinkable. A shelf in the fridge was in backwards which kept the door from sealing until corrected, but functioned aggressively well afterwards (froze my leftovers).
