First checked in and there was 2 inches of standing water in our tub. They instantly found us a new room. That room was fine. Bed comfortable room was clean. Biggest issue is that we had to get new keys like 3-4 times. One time the desk clerk had to get us into our room as the key she had just made did not work. The interior of the property could use some TLC both appearance and mechanically.

Room was due for a renovation. Old fridge. No bath mat, floor slippery in shower. Room was clean, amenities were fine. Breakfast wast good. Didn't know it allowed pets. Should not have carpet in rooms with pets. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known.

Booked a pet friendly room. I’m not sure why a hotel would have carpet in a pet friendly room. The smell of urine was unbelievable. Tried to open the window to help but being on a busy street made sleep difficult. Was in room 200 right next to the elevator and unfortunately sounded like a semi truck running through a nitroglycerin plant. Used stairs in fear that elevator was on its last leg. The staff was very friendly, however would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
