- Pool and spa heat are unavailable from April 15 to October 1.
- From October 2 to April 14, pool heat can be added for an extra fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival for the entire stay (partial requests not accepted).
- No pool fence is available. This home is not recommended for children under 6.
- As required by local regulations, door alarms are installed on all doors leading to the pool area.
- The wine fridge in the kitchen is currently unavailable for guest use.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

3 car garage is open for guests' use.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Friends weekend in cave creek

We had an amazing stay at Sunbeam in cave creek! The house is perfect for medium sized groups - we had 14 people no problem! The pool and hot tub were a big hit during our stay. Great communication with the host team - hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful views but house needs TLC

We arrived after easy check in. On the surface house was clean but stove, pans, etc needed to be scrubbed. AC unit was being replaced so we commandeered handyman to repair 3 broken beds and replace a broken toilet seat. Bedrooms are sparsely furnished. Master has no closet available. That said, the views are amazing. We lived outside.

Fantastic place

The house was absolutely perfect for our large group. There was plenty of space for our group of 15. The view & the pool are what sold me. Avantstay provided excellent customer service. We occupied all the bedrooms & everyone had the best nights sleep. Our guests found it convenient for hiking & shopping. Our only suggestions revolved around the kitchen, you have to buy absolutely everything. We had a wonderful stay!

Overall amazing - upkeep had missed in some spots

Overall this place was amazing! Views were great, neighbors great and just location met what we wanted. Some of the maintenance side of the property wasn’t as high as I’d expect. Dirty walls, broken toilet seat, really dirty vent fans, and broken beds and some broken outdoor furniture. I know it’s a rental and so those things are to be expected if it’s rented a lot and people don’t respect the property. But we loved it and I would rent again

BEWARE!!

The property is not as described. Only 5 bathrooms, the infinity pool does not work, the BBQ is dirty and broken, the air conditioner on the bottom floor doesn’t work, as a few examples. The property managers are basically non existent, they don’t address any issues and quite frankly did not care. The property is so dirty, inside and out. we had to change sheets and clean up dead bugs and animals, like a dead rat in the pool. Avantstay is the absolute worst. I will never rent from them again.

Great House, Quiet Neighborhood

The house was great as listed. Plenty of space and the pool and hottub were very nice. Our only complaint was we were told the neighbors were hyper-sensitive to noise just a day before our trip. We got a few noise complaints just for playing music by the pool during the day time, we had a sheriff. For such a large house that is listed to host 24 peopl, playing music by the pool should not be an issue. The grill was also should get a good cleaning or replaced as it could not light on its own. Other than those two things this house is a great for a large group and is close enough to Scottsdale for a nice weekend. The property manager was very accommodating leading up to the trip.

Amazing property with gorgeous views

So fortunate to have found this property for our group. The staff was very helpful and immediately answered any questions we had. Very spacious and plenty of room for our entire party with room to spare. The beer and wine fridge was such a plus and large subzero refrigerator was perfect. We took advantage of the beautiful home and prepared every meal in the perfectly stocked kitchen. The evenings were cool and we enjoyed wine by the fire pit. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

Definitely Room For Improvement

We rented the property for a month. We were told early checkin would be available, but when we requested that, it was denied because the managers had to complete a full inspection. This seemed reasonable, until we arrived and realized how many things were missed. The one furnace wasn't working and couldn't be fixed. Garage door opener was broken. Fireplaces didn't work. Many lights were burnt out, including outside deck and pool lights. Clothes dryer needed to be fixed. Upon arrival, storage was an issue. The master bedroom closet was locked and was unavailable for our entire stay. The pantry was full of utility supplies with no room for groceries. We reorganized this and the utility closet on our vacation time. There were no dressers in any bedrooms. The furnishings and decor were lacking and needs definite updates. Carpet was not clean. The good news is the location was great. We had a large group of family and the house was able to accomidate all of us. Avantstay made a genuine effort to remedy the many issues, but unfortunately the property needed much attention. We do appreciate the Avantstay representatives and their communication, but this was mostly a result of us having to notify them of so many things.

This home was incredible! So many places within the house for family and friends to hangout and connect. The location was gorgeous and the view was amazing anytime of day! Sunrise to sunset! Perfect for our family and friends!

Duped!

There were several things about this property we didn’t like. For the money, it was definitely not worth it. We rented this house for NYE/anniversary trip with friends. It looks pretty nice in the pictures and is close to as nice in person, but the amenities were underwhelming. At the end of our stay, we felt that we were misled. The “hot tub” doesn’t get hot, the renters/management refused to heat the pool, and the kitchen was scarcely appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet, so don’t expect to create any type of party atmosphere. There was trash left in the garage from the previous renters. Several of the lights in the house were burnt out. We had so many complaints at about the property that the management company refunded part of our fee. The three star rating is generous.

Beautiful house with a stunning view!

Our girls weekend away was a dream! AvantStay was attentive and helpful every step of the way. We paid for grocery service (highly recommend) and the house was neatly stocked upon arrival. The sliding glass door was broken and they offered to come fix it immediately. The house was beautiful and the view from our patio was breath taking. We can’t wait to come back !

We stayed for 2 nights over Arizona Bike week and we were nice and close to the venue, yet far enough away for it to be very relaxing. The pool was great and house was immaculate. 2 very generous master suites made it very accomidating for us. Hope to visit again soon!
