The person who check me in and out was truly outstanding-Talyer was her name--You could not ask for a better employee and she went pout of her way to take care of me and my transportation needs. Many, Many thanks to her.

Nice for quick stay

It was nice for what we needed. We needed a king bed and requested it but since we arrived late they did not have anymore. They gave us coupon for free breakfast to make up for it. Shuttle seemed convenient but we did not use it. We were there basically just to sleep so it was fine for that

I came in around 1:30 am as plane was late and had no problem checking in at that hour. Much appreciated!

Shuttle service unavailable told to call specific cab company, keep receipt for reimbursement, called told we don’t offer service paid cab arrival & departure. Very frustrating!!

If you wish to further discuss why we did not meet your expectations, please email me below. Please note we do reimburse for cab fare and I will investigate as to whom possibly told you otherwise. We are truly apologetic for your frustration. If you wish to contact me directly I can assist in getting your cab fare reimbursed.
