We checked in and shortly after checked out of this hotel. The sheets and comforter were not clean and we had to kill a bug crawling on the bed. The staff was not accommodating and we tried to be very discreet about the issues. They refused to refund us and after requesting a refund through Travelocity, the manager still denied it. Please beware because the reviews are very deceiving.

staff was very courteous and friendly with a smile on her face. There was an issue with the plumbing in our room when we got to our room but their maintenance man was to our room within 5 minutes and got it fixed. He was very nice. Gave it a 4 jusr because there is no kleenex, refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.

Didn’t like anything about it. The tube was dirty and I had to take my towels down to the front to get new ones. I was charged taxes on my deposit. The staff wasn’t all that friendly or helpful. They had a sign for different princes and times up for late check out. Overall I didn’t like nothing.

Room was ok, bees comfortable but when tried to check in 45 min early was told it was a 25$ charge. The hotel was not full and the room was ready. When we asked for 1 hour f More for late check out, again it was a charge and was told “ for this location” we charge. Seems like a money grab to me. Prob won’t be back
