This property has been set up as a vacation rental with all of the amenities. 16 Free Pickleball Courts 5 minutes away at Gilbert Regional Park.

Beautiful property in the desired Power Ranch master planned community. 26 miles of walking and biking trails that includes a catch and release lake. Power Ranch is a multi-award winning community. It was selected as the Best Masterplanned Community 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2010 by Ranking Arizona and ranked in the top five communities since 2003. It was recognized as one of the five Best Master Planned Communities the Nation by the National Association of Home Builders in 2002. 2 community heated swimming pools, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts. Property is a short 5 minute walk to Trilogy Golf Course and Power Ranch’s heated community pool.

PROPERTY

Spacious 2100 sq ft. Single level home on a 14,200 sq. ft. lot with open floor plan. w/ pool & hot tub. This home is tastefully decorated in Southwestern style with natural stone Turkish Travertine floors. A 10 foot high ceiling really gives this home an open feeling. Sliding door from Master suite opens up into the resort like pool area w/ pool & hot tub. Property has Palm trees, Orange trees, Grapefruit, Lemons and Limes. The patio has a misting system, Tiki torches and a Chimenea Fireplace for those cool evenings.


BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom is huge with private bath which includes bathtub, shower and double sink. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and pool area. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a leather lounging chair with ottoman. The bedroom also comes with a 46 inch LCD TV with cable and Netflix.
Bedroom 2 comes with a Queen sized bed and 21 inch LCD TV with Netflix
Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed

AMENITIES
Gourmet Kitchen w, 5 burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and counter top to allow creation of large meal if needed. Well stocked with most of the kitchen appliances: blender, toaster, crock pot, cutlery, pots and pans and dish settings for up to 10. Kitchen table has seating for 6.
As a coffee lover myself I have you well covered with 2 coffee machines, a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee machine with a Burr coffee grinder for that fresh ground coffee in the morning. Vacation Rental has a 6 stage Alkaline RO system for better than bottled water quality.

Private pool which can be heated by request for an additional charge. Hot tub to relax in after a busy day sight seeing.

Property has a newer front loading washer and dryer if you need to do any laundry.
There is a game room for playing cards and has a convertible Poker table with Roulette. The game room could also be used for dining also and has seating for 4 people.

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house was very comfortable and well furnished. I had a few questions for the homeowner and he was very responsive to all our questions. The location was close to grocery stores and restaurants which was very convenient. Definitely plan on staying again in the future.

This was a beautiful, clean home with many amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in AZ during cooler weather, but because the house is very well shaded I imagine it would be quite comfortable during warmer seasons as well! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the surrounding area (in Gilbert and beyond) has everything you could need. Chris was a great host and very accommodating.

Hot tub was hot enough so was the pool. This is a very nice and comfortable house in a very quiet neighborhood. Home is close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again. Host was easy to contact and responded immediately.

We enjoyed our month-long stay. Chris was a great communicator and responded promptly to any issues that came up. The home is quite spacious with the primary bedroom separate from the other bedrooms – which is great for a family or two couples. There is plenty of room to relax, play cards and enjoy a meal; inside or outside.We had no issues with the wifi and tv's. Watched every Blue Jays game ;)The heated pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool every day and even a few evenings as the weather cooled off. Having a hot tub is a bonus and we used it regularly. There are many bath and pool towels. The neighbourhood is quiet and has several trails and parks. We brought our e-bikes and explored Power Ranch, Queen Creek and the San Tan Mountain trails. It is a safe area, and we loved walking at night after the temperatures dropped.We would have no problem recommending this home.

Peaceful Resort Retreat

Beautiful warm and inviting home with every amenity possible. Chris was fabulous to communicate with and has created a warm and inviting vacation home. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. The home was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything from an outdoor pizza oven, beautiful pool, fabulous fruit trees to games thoughtfully selected. We had a wonderful time and have already recommended this quiet retreat to several of our friends and family members.

Looking forward to our next stay already

The home, host, and neighborhood are excellent. Just as described plus some additional unexpected perks. The size of the home was bigger than we needed it to be for our party of 4. The pool and hot tub were great. The unexpected rosemary, peppers, and many forms of citrus in the yard were enjoyed beyond measure. Honestly, the best grapefruit I've ever had in my life for breakfast by the pool .... vacation heaven! Thanks so much Chris!

Snow birding 2025

We have just left from a 3-month stay at this property. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a park and plenty of walking trails. However, it is quite a distance (lots of traffic) from local attractions. The hot tub (old model) broke on our first use. It was repaired in a timely manner. We did not use the pool. TVs are smart but from 2012. They are not capable of loading any current apps. The house needs “professional” cleaning vs the owner pocketing the cleaning fee and doing it himself. The floors were filthy when we arrived. Believe it is dust from the furnace. Master bathtub was full of dust from not being cleaned. Screens on both sliding doors need to be fixed. They do not open and close properly. Couches were uncomfortable after 3 months. If you are planning a short trip, staying here would be fine, however, there are plenty VRBOs out there for less money and nicer ammenities

Excellent all around!

Casa Kit did not disappoint! We rented this home for our family gathering over Thanksgiving and it was perfect! Clean, well-stocked with a beautiful backyard including pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood had really nice walking paths and amenities, too. We would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again sometime. Thanks, Casa Kit!

Very nice location, nicely put together house, easy check in & out but the house could use some TLC and a better cleaning. I opened the blinds to find all kinds of dead critters & dirt. I don’t think anything has been moved/cleaned under in a very long time. The trees and bushes in the back need to be trimmed up so that they aren’t hanging over the hot tub or pool.

This home is exactly as the reviews state! It is exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and beautiful. We were there during extremely hot weather, and the pool was perfect! Chris was great to deal with. You can't go wrong with this house!

Couples Retreat

My husband and I stayed for a week and loved everything about this property! It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, we were greeted with and thank you and bottle of wine. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. No long list of must dos upon check out was nice as we had an early flight. The backyard pool is amazing. It was over 105 everyday we were there and the pool was clean, cool and so refreshing, we even enjoyed the hot tub in the morning. We also enjoyed the location and taking walks in the morning and hiking the San Tan mountains (20 minutes away ). Nice safe family neighborhood. Would most definitely look to book this property again!

Very Clean

The house was exceptionally clean. We've stayed at many VRBO houses and this has to be one of the cleanest we have been to. My wife didn't feel the need to bust out her Lysol wipes and wipe everything down before we got adjusted. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was perfect but does get leaves in it when it's windy. Pretty quiet neighborhood and a big garage to park your cars in. The refrigerator broke down while we were there but Kit had a new one delivered and installed the next day! It was a great place to stay while visiting the in-laws. If there was anything to improve on I would say get a Wi-Fi extender Kit. The Wi-Fi outside was very spotty but worked great inside. Thanks for the stay.
