Our Paradise Valley Scottsdale Golf Tennis Lake Resort Villa is the perfect vacation destination for golfers, corporate outings, family reunions, and groups. It's in McCormick Ranch Golf Resort, next to Gainey Village, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shopping. It’s also between Old Town and Kierland Commons, two of Scottsdale's most popular destinations.

The living room is spacious with a large sectional sofa and a 75-inch Smart TV with Cable. The dining room has a table and bar seating for up to 16 people. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Welcome to the luxurious resort villa offering ultimate relaxation and entertainment! The property boasts two championship golf courses, the Palm and the Pine, designed by Arnold Palmer. The Palm Course is rated one of the top 50 public courses by Golf Digest.

The resort community features over 25 miles of bike paths, parks, public tennis courts, and 130 acres of man-made lakes where you can rent bikes and enjoy the scenery.

Now, about the villa: With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this property sleeps 8 couples in king-size beds or up to 16 singles. Each bedroom can be arranged with 1 King or 2 Twin Beds. All rooms have a European-style design with modern touches.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, bars on each floor, and Smart TVs in each room. You'll love the 2 balconies overlooking the golf and lake, and the 2 patios: one with seating for 12, overlooking the golf and lake, and another with a hot tub spa for 6. There’s also a Resort Pool about 100 yards from our villa.

The villa also offers a cozy back patio with a fire pit and private Jacuzzi, just 100 yards from the Pinon Grill for dining. Lakefront dining at Chart House is next door, and Roka Akor is just a block away.

Inside, the kitchen has everything you need: a glass stovetop, stainless-steel fridge, Nespresso maker, and more. Pots, pans, and wine glasses are included for dining in.

Relax in our private SPA Patio Lounge after a day on the golf course, hiking, or by the pool. The dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Outside, the back patio has an outdoor dining table and sofa, perfect for watching sunsets overlooking the lake and golf course.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by cozy rooms leading to the living-dining area. After a day of fun with family or friends, enjoy the 75" SMART TV for entertainment. A preferred list of private chefs is available for hire, and you can enjoy meals on one of the patios, balconies, or the kitchen dining area.

On the 1st floor, 2 en-suites feature 3 king beds or up to 6 singles (your choice), and we can add 2 extra daybeds. On the 2nd floor, 3 en-suites feature 5 king beds or up to 10 singles, plus 2 optional daybeds.

Resort fees have always been included for our villa guests; if the resort implements any new fees for resort pool usage, we will reimburse you for any fees with paid receipts (our guarantee of your ultimate resort experience).
