Once again this hotel was listed as excellent with a high number. It wasn’t excellent! The room needed renovation! The beds were uncomfortable, The water faucet’s in the bathroom and kitchen weren’t working correctly. The mixer’s were backwards so, the hot water was cold and the cold water was hot. The garbage disposal was broken and the ice maker wasn’t working right. The couch smelled like cat urine. We have enjoyed using Expedia for our trips recently…but the hotel’s and room’s that we’ve stayed in have not been represented well…Which has been very disappointing!
