To start, the property itself is in great shape. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my stay. Our suite was clean, well-maintained, and breakfast was reliably served on time each morning—no complaints in those areas.
Upon check-in, we encountered a minor issue with the TV, but the front desk and manager responded immediately and had it fixed right away, which I truly appreciated. However, the disappointment began with the limited entertainment options—only basic cable with 39 channels. For a weeklong stay, the lack of variety made it difficult to relax and unwind in the room after a long day.
I also wasn’t able to fully enjoy the pool area. During the cooler hours of the late afternoon and evening—when I would have preferred to swim—there were noticeable floating items in the water, which discouraged me from getting in. As for the hot tub, it naturally remained hot due to the Arizona heat, so that wasn’t an issue on the hotel’s part.
Overall, the hospitality and cleanliness were impressive, but the limited in-room entertainment and underwhelming pool experience slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
