Location, Location, Location! A Spring Training destination! Yet, This place is so comfortable, you're going to want to stay longer - I guarantee it! Close to the Airport, Minutes from Tempe Diablo Stadium, Sloan Park, Scottsdale Stadium, Hohokam Stadium. Walking distance to ASU, Mill Ave, Tempe Town Lake, Theaters, restaurants, and entertainment. For transportation, the neighborhood offers a free Orbit bus, Bird Scooters are easily found in the neighborhood, and the city train is loacted at the end of the block, which is great transportation to visit down town Phoenix. The property offers a 86in TV, Pool, Modern Look, Comfortable Beds, Great Space, and did I mention the Location!

This place was perfect for our spring training stay. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and my 7 year old son. He loved the pool which is conveniently located right outside the front door. The host was great at communicating, checked with me to make sure we got in okay and even left a special gift for my baseball loving son. It was very thoughtful! We would definitely stay here again!

Gastheer was erg laat met doorgeven incheck gegevens.Voorzieningen waren slecht en in erbarmelijke toestand. Alle kastjes stonden vol met onbruikbaar spul. Potten en pannen waren weggewerkt in de OVEN. Niet om aan te pakken. Hebben Ă©Ă©n steelpannetje met schuurspons schoon gemaakt om water in te koken voor thee. Was geen waterketel of waterkoker.Vloer plakte en sokken zijn weggegooid omdat ze zo smerig werden.In de slaapkamer 1 schemerlamp met lamp en Ă©Ă©n zonder lamp. Verder geen licht. Baterijen van afstandbedieningen voor lamp ed waren leeg. Afstandsbedieningen werkten niet. De voordeur sloot niet af. Er zat een kier waardoor je naar buiten kon kijken. Het vliegverkeer was binnen heel luid te volgen. Geen voldoende isolatie.Papieren jalouzie op slaapkamer was zonder touwtjes erdoorheen. Hing dus naar beneden en was niet te gebruiken

Airport location

Good value for the money if you choose to be near the airport. The neighborhood is lovely and you can actually walk to a park, bear in mind you're near the airport. Also, to use the TVs in the bedrooms you need an Amazon account.

Cute, Convenient, Noisy

Property was nice and worked well for our family. The surface areas were clean, but the unit could use an overall deep cleaning - vents, trim, light switches and floors in bathroom (found hair and old contact lens that didn't belong to us). Also, make sure to check expiration dates on the food left behind from others as many of them were expired at the time of our stay. The property listing does state that it is located near the airport, which is convenient, however, a more accurate description should state that it is in the direct path of the airplanes - thus a lot of noise. Communication with property owner was quick and helpful.

Clean, easy and enough space

Other than the neighbor upstairs that woke up at 5am every day and stomped around, and the loud sounds of the airplanes, this place was perfect. Was able to link into some streets for a nice run.

WMPO stay

Great place close to airport. Easy access and clean unit. Even had extra canned food items and condiments available if you forgot something. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thanks Brandon

Great Tempe location and perfect for families

We stayed at Brandon's property for a week with zero issues. Travelling with 2 young kids (ages 3 and 5) was definitely easier having a home base with a fridge and washer and dryer. Brandon was quick to respond and helpful. Though I would not rate this property as having "luxury" amenities it served us well and we had everything needed.

Great Location & Hosting

Everything was as advertised and Brandon was a great host with excellent communication. The location near downtown Tempe, close to the airport, and major freeways was perfect. The only slightly downside is that the furnishings seem a bit cheap but they are adequate. Thanks for hosting, Brandon!
