Comfortable living room, kitchen with 2 burner ceramic cooktop, convection/microwave combination oven, apartment size refrigerator, counter height seating for 4, covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, bathroom with shower, laundry facility, 1 queen bedroom main floor, 1 full bed upstairs with spacious sitting area, cots available upon request, detached garage. Linens & towels provided and farm fresh eggs when our ladies are producing. Cots for extra guests, Pack & Play for your little one is available. All blankets & linens are laundered before each guests arrives. We hope you will enjoy listening to the birds & the peacefulness of rural living as much as we do. Loved it! Was small, but well laid out. Lots of small touches really made us feel welcome. My daughter loved the upstairs, it was roomy and private. the hoses made us feel so welcome. The location was so peaceful and relaxing.

Shakespeare Festival Weekend

We had a wonderful stay out in the country but very convenient to our Shakespeare Festival events in Ashland. Cute cottage with horses who love carrots and Susie the dog, who loves treats, of course.

PEACEFUL GETAWAY

This farmhouse cottage provides a very relaxing environment. We found its location to be central to a number of cities and attractions in the southern Oregon area. At the end of the day, we enjoyed looking forward to returning to this peaceful cottage.

Peaceful Stay

Our family stayed with Stephen and Jeanette for 4 days. Our 5 year old loved feeding the horses, seeing the chickens and playing on the swing. She was sad to say goodbye. Staying here was like it was in the beginning of A*rbnb where people actually hosted and it wasn’t just an investment property. We enjoyed spending time with the hosts and the house was thoughtfully appointed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

LOVELY GETAWAY

We found this Farmhouse Cottage to be a wonderful retreat after a day of touring what the local area has to offer. It is quiet, the hosts are enjoyable to meet and get to know, and the variety of birds on the property were fun to watch and listen to.

Great location for wine-tasting weekend

Lovely stay in 2 bedroom cottage. Very comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook if desired. Local dining options at Phoodery food carts in Phoenix. Hosts were wonderful: friendly and helpful, yet respectful of privacy. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and Homey

We just enjoyed a wonderful two week stay here. When we drove up we were greeted by Susie the dog, who shyly walked over to us. She was a real sweety saying hi every time we drove up. As we walked into the beautifully cared for cottage we felt right at home. We arrived late at night but everything was ready for us - including warm flannel sheets! We awoke to horses in the pasture and hills and mountains all around. Just the change this city couple was looking for! Everything we needed to cook a nice breakfast was in the kitchen, including farm fresh eggs - what a treat! Every day of our stay was perfect - we will definitely be back!

Farmhouse cottage

An absolutely lovely and peaceful cottage, complete with horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Ashland was nearby great fishing, paschal winery, hiking and more. Our hosts were delightful. Cottage had everything needed to feel like home. Definitely recommend!

Farmhouse Cottage

Great place to stay. We were there for a week. The kichen is well apointed. Everthing we needed was there. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of natural light. The livingrm was a great place to read or have a conversation.Got to know thier dogs, cats and chikens. They also have two horses. We will be returning next year for the new season of Oregon Shakespeare Plays.

Hoem away from home

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. We were greeted with apples to feed the horses. As we got settled and sat on the patio we met Susie the border collie who was a constant well behaved companion and two lovely cats. The cottage well so well equipped, everything was there. My grandchild has a bit of privacy with an upstairs bedroom. Everything was cozy and comfy. Our hosts were delightful. We will go back.

Warm and welcoming

When we pulled we were welcomed with a dog in hand and one at the feet. It felt like pulling up to my aunts house. It was a lovely place that smelled liked the country ranch my father worked on. All in all this place reminded my of my childhood and family. If its available, we will book again for our next trip.

A hidden gem

This was not our first stay at the Farm Cottage. We absolutely love staying there. Country living but close to Ashland and Medford. The hosts are very pleasant and want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Looking forward to the next stay!

A little home away from home

When we arrived we were welcomed by Susie the dog. She watched over us quietly as we unpacked our car and entered the beautiful cottage. The heat was on and ready for our arrival. The beds were freshly made and so comfortable. A baby gate was provided to keep the little ones from the stairs. There was hot tea and coffee as well as a dozen fresh eggs which were so delicious. Everything was neat and tidy and right where you would expect to find it. The views are breathtaking. The property is about 10 minutes from town in either direction so it was a short trip to take the kids out to explore the area. Susie was very gentle when playing with my kids and brought so much joy to all of us. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to rest, this is it. Thank you to our hosts who put so much thoughtfulness into our stay. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Exactly what we hoped it would be

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse Cottage! It was quiet, rural, and very comfortable. The Cottage was well thought out and stocked with anything we needed and more. We enjoyed playing with the cats, dogs, and feeding carrots to the horses. Jeanette and Stephen made us feel very welcome on their property. Our only complaint was that we didn't stay longer! My wife and I will definitely be returning if we are in the area again.
