Recently renovated with all the textures! A perfect studio for a couple's getaway, newlyweds, an adventure weekend exploring, or if you are out of town on business. Quaint and homie yet roomy to spread out with a modern feel. Right downtown. Enjoy a drink at the bistro tabletop right on the main drag. There are quite a few fun things to do in walking distance too! We have some really cute local shops, antiquing, thrifting, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and parks. And the studio is smack in the middle of them all. Only a short drive to our states most beautiful lakes (Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee), rivers, hiking trails, waterfalls, Clemson games, as well as the well-known Wednesday Pickens Jockey lot aka flea market. Downtown Greenville is only a short distance, which has been ranked one of the top-rated cities to visit nationally.

Beautiful property. Loved the convenient location, but traffic noise was loud in the morning. The bed was a little short. The bathroom was beautiful. It needed one or two more hooks to hang clothes. I think a small chest of drawers or some sort of cubbies would have been nice, rather than living out of a suitcase. Loved the rooftop deck with a gas fireplace. Even without any of the suggested upgrades I would definitely come back!

Wonderful location within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. The studio was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the rooftop deck! This is a fabulous rental and look forward to visiting again.

What a GEM right in the heart of the quaint town of Pickens! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cozy apartment. My husband and I needed a getaway close to the mountains and lakes of SC and this location and space were perfect. We also couldn’t get enough of the rooftop sitting area and fire pit! These folks have created a very special place for all to enjoy.
