Staff was not accommodating, asked for 2 extra towels( only 2 provided) for 4 people. Was told couldn’t have them til morning. Unacceptable! Also the other room I rented for my parents, had the toilet overflow all over the bath and entry area of the room. Very little assistance was provided, and no compensation or additional accommodation. Will never recommend this property! When I discussed this with the front desk in the morning, an attitude of not their problem was shared and that my expectation was unreasonable.

Shower was moldy. Not enough cups in the room, king size bed and three pillows in a room for two people. Tiny bathroom, tiny soap, could hear yelling through the walls. Breakfast was disappointing. Only stayed one night so it was passable.

After three attempts made by the front desk to give us working key cards to get into our room. All failed. These staff member had to use their master key to let us into our room. The cleaning staff left long black hair in the toilet and around it.. The walls are paper thin… and left very little to the imagination of anything that was happening in rooms around you.
For the price you just have to hope to not get bedbugs and have a safe warm place to sleep beyond that you’re not getting much of anything.

This place is filthy. There was black mold in the shower. Brown spots on the walls. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. This could make people very sick; especially immune compromised people

Posted Feb. 10, 2024 on HotelsThe first days in before Wichita was so discussing, dirty scary & the one at Pierre SD same .. got 2 towels when my husband got one more but the foreigner was mad. No cuos, no Kleenex, no coffee in the room .. can’t speak English & both places were rude.. never ever again.
