Reserved a handicap accessible room. Room on the 2nd floor with no elevator and no grab bars in the bathroom as stated on the room description.
There were no other rooms Available so my 92 year old Mother was a trooper and slowly climbed the 15 or so stairs and we went and purchased rails for the toilet.
The room was clean and spacious. The room was nice otherwise.

There was no outlets by sink or mirrors at all. Microwave could not even have a plugin on the wall. One of the clean towels had hair shavings all over it... were the linens even washed then? Pool and hot tub out of commission. No forewarning of this either. There is no elevator in the building to get to 2nd floor. They had luggage carts, but no elevator.
