Hello traveller and welcome to our lovely seafront home with lovely harbour views !
Our property features beautiful spaces, an AMAZING living area with SOFA and TV and a lovely private balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Included is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and 2 large bedrooms with super comfy beds.
Our harbour view home features WIFI and AC throughout the rooms and is perfect for any type of occasion especially with its location.

Living area| : The spacious living area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features a comfortable sofa and a TV for your entertainment.
Step out onto your private balcony with outdoor furniture, where you can relax and take in the stunning marina view. It`s the perfect spot for al fresco dining or simply unwinding with a picturesque backdrop.
Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, and cutlery, offering everything our guests need to prepare fantastic meals. Perfect for both short and long-term stays.
Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, 1 of which features a double bed and 2 single beds while the other bedroom includes one double bed. One of the bedrooms is also an en-suite.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one having a bathtub while the other includes a shower.

Another popular option for getting around is by taxi, which can be easily hailed on the street or booked in advance. Taxis are more expensive than buses, but offer a faster and more convenient way to get around, especially if you`re traveling in a group.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking:

This is not a car friendly property. Parking was a challenge and required many long circular routes. The apartment was large. It could have been cleaner as well, especially the floors. Communication with the owner was slow and frustrating. Payment was via bank transfer, which was a challenge from Canada and removed all the security of the VRBO platform. The neighbourhood doesn’t have a lot of the type of dining places we were looking for (Maltese) nearby.
