Our stay we enjoyed it. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool. My son didn't like the sofa bed. Everyone enjoyed the time we were there. An will suggest stayiny there. Both toilets moved everytime you used them . They leaked.

This was not a"fancy" place to stay but it was clean, the suite room was more than adequate, the breakfast and options for breakfast were great. The employees were very nice and helpful, there was plenty of parking, and i've felt safe for me and my grandchildren. I would definitely stay again

The room was clean and well equipped. The only hint of an issue was the spiderwebs on the outside of the windows, which I imagine get handled in the Spring. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast, but was on time and hot in the morning. Overall, the hotel is a great option, dollar for dollar.

I have been coming to the Smokys for years and have stayed at many places on the strip. This by far is our favorite and we will definatly be staying here again. Was quiet, breakfast was great, especially gravy and biscuits. Room was very clean and loved having the kitchen
