Ir was nice and clean , Very cozy and plenty of room.They had Christmas trees up on both floors and holiday decorations that were very tasteful and we really appreciated that. We were close to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg , yet far enough away to have the outdoors surrounding us. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.
