Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom, etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time share meeting sales pitch in the front to receive a parking pass, but was able to move along pretty quickly. Overall, a great, affordable stay.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the place we rented. We werr happy we had access to a pool. We enjoyed thr favt we had a kitchen even though we didnt get a chance to use it we were to busy exploring the areas around us.
We got to the building a little before 4 which was our check in, and due to short staff- they gave us a different room than we had booked. It was the same exact layout, but had been recently renovated and was nicer than the one we originally booked. This place is in a great location in pigeon forge- just mins away from the main strip. The room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. My youngest son and I slept in the bedroom, and my 2 other boys slept on the pullout couch. We were barely there other than to sleep so it was perfect for us. The pool was great for my kids also. Would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you for a memorable trip with my family!
