The Neighborhood:
This wonderful condo is located minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and in the Whispering Pines Condo development!

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum
• Paved roads lead directly to the unit with easy access
• A 4x4 drive is recommended when visiting the area
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather
• Coffee maker is a regular drip machine (bring your own coffee)
• The condo is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator access
• The outdoor pool and lazy river typically open around Memorial Day and close at the end of August (dates may change without notice and are controlled by the HOA)
• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, but availability is also controlled by the HOA and may change without notice
• Any necessary maintenance or closures for pools and hot tubs are out of our control and determined by the HOA
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

Not to be to critical about our stay, but the bed or headboard needs to be replaced because it is noisy when you lie down on it or turn from side to side. Also didn’t like the bedroom being in the front of the condo and not the rear because the street noise is very loud, not knowing there was a truck show with loud trucks roaming the strip late at night. Also the blinds in the living area need replacing because there are several missing to the point you could not close them at night and there were two dead stink bugs at the door. I suppose it served our purpose considering the negatives but we probably would not stay there again. I hope this helps the owner/owners to do some updating in the future so other clients can have an enjoyable experience.

The property was in a very nice complex on top of a hill overlooking the parkway, so that was nice and felt very safe. The unit was clean, well outfitted and had everything you could need, including a rear balcony to sit and relax on. I very much enjoyed my stay there and will stay again in the future. Thanks!

Smoky Mountain Tennesse Gem

As we entered the condo we new immediately how clean the property was. The outdoor pool and lazy river was perfect for everyone after visiting, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The location is "absolutely " perfect to get to all these local attractions and more!! The condo was a perfect location to view Dollywood's fireworks from the indoor pool's patio. This condo is a Tennessee Gem!!

Awesome stay!

The unit was clean, welcoming, comfortable and well stocked. The added touches were very thoughtful. FYI There is limited view from the balcony patio but comfortable, just as your picture shows. We heard no noise from the indoor pool area on the corner. I alerted the owner concerning the ice maker not working. He responded quickly and offered maintenance come fix it but I declined until after we check out…This was our first stay here and hopefully one of many. Thank you for your hospitality and comfort of your lovely home.

This condo was very nice. It is in a very convenient location but still quiet. The bathroom was good and we liked the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We used the hot tub which is within the indoor pool building right next to the condo. The bedroom didn't have a lot of extra space but the bed was comfortable. I would have liked to have pool towels provided or be told ahead of time there aren't any available. The fitness room in the pool building was nice but it didn't open until 9 AM which was less convenient for my husband. The outdoor pool was closed but we knew that ahead of time. The kitchen had the essentials and the condo was very clean. Also, there was great communication with the property manager.

Great Location

My son and I had our annual mother/son getaway and this location was in less than a 15 minute drive from so much entertainment. We had two day passes to Dollywood and were able to leave the park, come back and relax and return to the park later for more fun! The pool is just around the corner which is fantastic when you have an energetic kid needing to swim all of the time. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Pigeon Forge Gem

Great Location for everything Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinberg/National Park but still very quiet. Very clean with nice little unique touches to be very welcoming. Pool and Hot Tub literally in the building right next to the unit which made for a great way to end the evening after a long day out. Ample close parking. The only issue we had was the inability to connect the bedroom tv to WiFi which really wasn’t an issue for us and after informing the host- he offered to send someone to fix it but we told him no need just wanted to inform him for the next guest. Great communication.

Spacious and Clean Condo

This unit was as pictured and very clean. Everything worked well—coffee maker, shower, HVAC, etc. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. The only issue was that the unit was right above the dumpsters, the trash truck came 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, at 4:30 am Thursday morning and 5:30 am Saturday morning. And it was loud both times. So if we stay again I think we’d try to get a unit further from the dumpsters. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay

Perfect getaway location
