Spacious, clean room. Very nice hotel with a beautiful Christmas display in the lobby. Very nice breakfast. The hotel is off the main road away from the chaos of Pigeon Forge, which was wonderful.

They lobby of the inn was decorated beautifully for Christmas! The rooms were average, online it said it slept 5 however there only 2 double beds, a sitting chair and a table and chair for 2. The staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a huge bonus for the kids. There was no arcade, it appeared to be under renovation.

Having two hotels in the same area made some confusion on us. When we came to the first building, it turned out that we are booked on the other one. So we have to move to the other. When we managed to check-in, we are given a room with no USB ports. In this time and age, having that is really important. So we asked to be switched in a room with USB port which we were helped. The toilet clogged on first use having no trash bin next to the toilet. The breakfast is fine. Good thing is they have the heated pool and the spa especially during this season. Has the potential to improve more. Over in all, it was a fine stay, budget-wise.
