The room was renovated and clean and staff was helpful, but not 5 stars as several things needed work. The telephone didn't work and needed to be replaced, the plug in in the bathroom didn't work, the door was hard to open and would stick and the TV is SO old that there's no HDMI plug in. I booked this because it had a hot tub. Literally why i booked it. But since hot tub is outside, they don't use it through the winter. That's the best time to use a hot tub. Good place for the money, but has room for improvement.

Staff was very friendly. The room was so spacious, comfy, and clean. I highly recommend the king suit with the fireplace. The only thing I wish is that there were 2 elevators. I don't mind the stairs at all but when your bringing in the luggage or exciting with luggage you need the elevator. We were on the far side and it was so cold out, it would have been nice to be closer to the elevator.
