New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenanceâs radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are minor; we already reserved our week for next year. Our own private slice of heaven.
Everything from start to finish was a plus. The staff the room the food. Everything! This is a place to totally unwind and unplug. We both believe this was probably the most relaxing destinations weâve ever been to.
This was the most perfect Caribbean vacation of my life. I wanted privacy, relaxation and plenty of water activities. We loved the fact that this was on a 2 mile island with no cars, just golf carts and bikes. We loved the beach, the hotel, the food, the kayaks, the reef snorkeling, the blue water charter fishing and outstanding massage. Oh, did I mention how gourmet all the meals were? Amazing
The service was incredibly good, this is a place to stay that is away from everything on a private island. No TVs, No A/C, just a beautiful beach and a wonderful secluded place to stay. The food was incredibly good. The repeat business was evident with some couples going to this place for 10+ years.
